A graduation project by the students of faculty off mass communication , talking about ” fear of change”, raising awareness against the problem , and how to not only cope with change, but also imbrace it.
Bassant Abd EL Wahed, Nadine Nour Eldeen, Maya El Daly, and Youssef Ahmed are four students currently majoring advertising and PR. At MSA University.
Presenting their social awareness campaign “Malhash Eada” is discussing the idea that fearing change and how and refusing to change can both negatively & drastically change ones life.
The slogan that they chose was ” with every change there is a payoff” which Is a play on an infamous Egyptian saying “with every delay there’s a pay” which of course is lost in translation. However the meaning behind this play on words signifies the importance of change and it’s postive Ramifications. As for the name “Malhash Eada” focuses on the ideology that life is only lived once with little to non second chances. Highlighting the fact that we as human beings are put on earth to evolve and make the most out of our Metaphysical lifetime.
With countless researches of an acadamic, cultural, and literary nature conducted by the 4 members of the campaign. In both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Examples of methods and questions used are : do you believe that the Egyptian culture has an effect on ones change. Does the comfort zone allow for change to happen. As well as multiple sit-down interview with psychiatric experts and real life examples of people who undergone positive change in their lives.
Lastly with the help and efforts of both Dr. Rania shaaban & Dr. Mirmonda magdy the campaign members have been highly successful with their findings , with promising success in their future endeavours.
